Soundscape Meditation

You only need to listen and experience what the soundscape does. There is nothing else to do. You just witness & allow yourself to dissolve in the totality of the soundscape.

This is a practice of being deeply immersed in sounds and vibrations that have the power to profoundly relax the mind, body and soul.

In this session you will experience deep relaxation while in a present awareness that can’t be experienced in normal daily life. It will help your body unconsciously release tension physically & emotionally. Experience Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, gongs, koshi chimes, shamanic drum, crystal pyramid, tuning forks, swinging chimes, rainstick & rattles and the beautiful handpan drum.
